Thrilled to be part of the "Represent" exhibit in Montgomery, AL at the Alabama Council for the Arts Gallery. Wonderful women artists of Alabama exhibited a variety of styles and mediums. And the artists talks at the closing reception were wonderfully insightful.

Summer in the South? Beautiful and hot! We've been south to the beach and soon going north to St. Louis - it's always good to see family and friends. And in the studio? Here's a large commission in progress...shipping to Virginia this week. And a small commission delivered yesterday in Alabama.
Quick news: Over the last two weeks, pieces have shipped to Atlanta and Scottsdale, Arizona! Exciting! Now back to the studio . . .
It's too many in the blog world, but mine just looked so bare! Most of my time I'm working on commissions. Today: Voices No. 1 (left) flew to Florida and Voices No. 2 (right) flew to California!

I've been so busy, last 2 years have flown by! (not one 2016 blog post!) Ah well, here's a glimpse of what's happening in late 2016 and 2017. December: Under the Christmas Tree show in Huntsville, AL at VBC and had a great time! March 3-4: Trinity Market Place, proceeds help local non-profits for women and children. Had a great show and always love meeting new people and vendor friends!
Wow! It's been quite a ride. Began painting in January and ended the year with my first show! Here's the installation at A Cup of Everything on the Northside Square. Opening Reception was Dec 5 and it runs through Jan 15, 2016.
